1、普通氣剎的駐車制動只能在貨車靜止的情況下使用，因為其制動力矩是作用在傳動軸上，如果在小型攪拌車行駛當中使用，容易造成傳動軸和后橋的嚴重超載荷，還可能因差速器殼被抱死而發生左右兩車輪的旋轉方向相反，致使貨車制動時跑偏甚至掉頭。

但儲能彈簧制動則不然，相反因為儲能彈簧駐車制動行程大于行車制動行程，在行車制動力不足的情況下，還可以使用儲能彈簧助力進行應急制動。所以儲能彈簧制動不僅可以作駐車制動，還可以作應急制動。所以斷氣剎式制動系統與普通氣剎相比，在制動穩定性和安全性方面更勝一籌。

2、油剎結構簡單，安裝空間小，只是需要剎車總泵、分泵、油杯及連接管路，不需要其他的附屬設備;氣剎就復雜多了，除了剎車總泵、分泵、剎車管路外，還有打氣泵、儲氣筒、高壓控制器、繼動閥等部件，需要安裝空間大，結構較復雜，而且為了確保安全，后剎車分泵現在都是斷氣剎車。

It only needs the brake master cylinder, slave cylinder, oil cup and connecting pipeline, and does not need other auxiliary equipment; The air brake is much more complicated. 3、常規剎車是手剎鎖住傳動軸，腳剎時由壓縮空氣進入制動氣室鎖住車輪。在手剎或傳動軸機械故障時，手剎失靈;在氣泵、管路、儲氣筒、制動閥任何一個部位故障時，腳剎失靈。而斷氣剎車就可有效避免這些危險。
