當小型混凝土攪拌機發生故障時，如果此時攪拌罐里邊面裝有混凝土，那么一時間我們應該盡快想辦法將攪拌罐里邊的混凝土清空，這樣能夠防止水泥凝固在攪拌罐內。

這時候會有人問，當發生故障時不是應該先去查看維修混凝土攪拌機的發動機呢？因為如果一時間去維修發動機而導致攪拌罐里邊的混凝土凝固的話，起碼要損失一罐的混凝土是必不可少的，嚴重的情況下可能導致攪拌罐就報廢了損失就更大了，因此我們應該優先慮的是如何盡快的把拌筒內的混凝土排出，其次才是如何維修發動機。

一：液壓泵發生故障

1： Hydraulic pump failure

首先打開攪拌車攪拌筒檢修孔蓋，旋松馬達上高壓軟管的管接頭，旋轉拌筒使拌筒檢修孔斜向下，將混凝土從攪拌筒檢修孔排出；

Firstly, open the manhole cover of the mixing drum of the mixer truck, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum to make the manhole of the mixing drum slant downward, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of the mixing drum;

二：液壓馬達發生故障

可把救援車的馬達卸下裝在故障車上，再將各個油管接好，啟動救援車即可將拌筒內的混凝土排出。以上談的只是攪拌車使用中應注意的幾個方面，在使用攪拌車的時候要嚴格按照攪拌車廠家的使用說明書操作，定期對液壓系統，底盤等進行保養，才能保證混凝土攪拌機正常的工作和出勤率，發揮其經濟效益。

三：發動機故障

將故障車的高壓膠管從馬達上卸下，把救援用的高壓膠管接上，另一端接在救援車的油泵上，并將應急用的回油管一端接在故障車的馬達泄油口，回油管另一端接在救援車的油泵回油口，利用救援車來控制故障車拌筒的旋轉，將混凝土排出。

Remove the high-pressure hose from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the fault vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. Use the rescue vehicle to control the rotation of the mixing cylinder of the fault vehicle and discharge the concrete.

我們經過現場的測試發現，在生產廠所有工具齊全的情況下，采用第三種方法大約需要1小時，如在工地上時間可能會更長，因此建議采用一和二方法排出混凝土。

After field test, we found that it takes about 1 hour to use the third method when all the tools in the production plant are complete, and it may take longer on the construction site. Therefore, it is recommended to use the first and second methods to discharge the concrete.
