自上料攪拌車主要是以水處理工藝對攪拌的要求，基本可分為混合、攪動、懸浮、分散四種，所以說說水的用量如何供水是很重要的，具體如何了解下：

Self feeding mixer is mainly based on the requirements of water treatment process for mixing, which can be basically divided into four types: mixing, stirring, suspension and dispersion. Therefore, it is very important to talk about the water consumption and how to supply water

攪拌車按所需砼配比確定供水量，并調節時間續點器到相應的給水時間。

The mixing truck determines the water supply amount according to the required concrete ratio, and adjusts the time to the corresponding water supply time.
全自動攪拌車

啟動混凝土攪拌車的攪拌電機運轉。關閉卸料門，在料斗內加入所需的混合料，提升料斗，料斗應運行平穩并能自如地停止在軌道的任意位置，若有打滑現象，應先將料斗放入坑底，然后調整制動電機的大螺母，料斗提升正常，制動可靠后向攪拌筒內投料同時啟動水泵向攪拌筒內供水。

Start the mixing motor of the concrete mixer. Close the discharge door, add the required mixture in the hopper, lift the hopper, the hopper should run smoothly and stop at any position of the track freely. If there is slippage, the hopper should first be put into the bottom of the pit, then the large nut of the brake motor is adjusted, the hopper is lifted normally, and after the operation is reliable, the feed is fed into the mixing drum, and the water pump is started to supply water to the mixing drum.

在混凝土攪拌車攪拌25-35S后，啟動卸料門卸料。混凝土攪拌車新機運轉使用一天后對襯板及其它處的螺栓、螺母全部檢查緊固。傳動潤滑部位進行注油潤滑。

After mixing for 25-35s, start the discharge door to discharge. After a day's operation of the new concrete mixer, all the bolts and nuts on the lining plate and other parts shall be checked and tightened. The transmission lubrication parts are lubricated with oil.
